The Bocking Golf Academy/Burning Tree Golf Club is home to a Team South affiliate coached by Craig Bocking.

Craig is the Director of Instruction for Bocking Golf and the PGA Director of Player Development at Burningtree Country Club. Craig grew up in Huntsville, AL. His love and passion for the game of golf began when he first started playing at the age of nine. Although, he played numerous sports throughout his life they all paled in comparison to his love for the game of golf. Craig played competitively while earning an A. S. at Wallace State College. He transferred to the University of North Alabama where he obtained his B.S. in Marketing in 2002. Craig decided to turn his passion into a career by earning his PGA Class A Membership in 2006. He married his wife, Rachel, in 2005 and has a 8 year old daughter, Anna Kate. Craig shares his enthusiasm for golf with his daughter, who is already teeing it up on the courses with her daddy and enjoying attending the many junior clinics and camps he conducts. 

Craig is a passionate student of the game and becoming one of the most sought after coaches in America. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his programs with a culmination of 15 years of research and study improving golf performance. Craig is a full-time golf coach with his Academy based at Burningtree Country Club in Decatur Alabama and is equipped with state of the art technology to get you in the game.
