Harbor Links Golf Course located in Port Washington, NY is home to a Team East affiliate coached by James Hong. 

James Hong has been known as one of the top coaches in the country with his innovative skills development programs for juniors of all levels of ability.  His students have received college scholarships, and a few have achieved professional Tour status.  But he is also recognized for his ability to bring the game to hundreds of juniors each season through fun and exciting programs that run throughout the year.  In 2014, James was named by GRAA as one of the "Top 50 Growth of the Game" Teaching Professionals in America.  U.S. Kids Golf Foundation, in 2009, 2010, and 2011, named Mr. Hong as one of it's "Top 50 Teachers in America," and in 2012, recognized him as one of it's "Top 50 Lifetime Master Teachers." Mr. Hong is a Titleist Performance Institute Level 2 Junior Coach, as well as a Certified Aimpoint Express Instructor.
